Hi! I'm Marsha, and I look forward to getting to know you. SHATTR, is a space for high-potential women like you to embark on an incredible journey of self-discovery and growth.

I've always been deeply curious about what drives people, makes them unique, and fuels their passions. It led me to craft my mission statement: "To Connect High-Capacity Leaders with World Changing Opportunities." I deeply believe in women's boundless potential to positively impact our world, and I understand the profound importance of giving them a platform to raise the bar…together. I earned my Ph.D. in Psychology and Leadership Development before moving into the Ed Tech space in New York. After 16 years of leading and developing large teams, I have the privilege of working with executives as an Executive Coach, guiding super-successful individuals as they boldly navigate their journeys toward their next big step. My husband, Dale, and I have lived all over the US, from Boston to New York to San Diego and beyond. We love exploring new places and meeting people. If you can’t find me in search of the best New England lobster roll, I am likely going to and from Pilates, walking my rescue dog Daisy, or trying new restaurants with my foodie friends. Hi! I’m MJ and I co-founded SHATTR with a mission to shake things up in leadership, especially for women. I see a future where women truly thrive at all levels in the workplace.

As a co-founder, I bring experience and passion for making positive change. I’ve worn different hats, leading teams in sales, marketing, and human resources. As EVP of Human Resources, I breathed new life into the global leadership development program, with a special focus on nurturing a strong pipeline of future female leaders. Helping women boost their leadership skills and expand their influence within organizations is something I’m truly passionate about. My career also includes several years at the helm of a global Sales & Marketing team and VP Sales at two additional global corporations.
My mission reaches beyond the office – encouraging female leaders to find that sweet spot between work, family, and community. I’m a huge advocate for radical self-care—both in and out of the workplace and share tips for vibrant living through articles, books, and workshops.
I have a degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and Executive Finance certifications from Dartmouth College and the University of Chicago. I pursued my lifelong passion for holistic well-being with an Integrative Health and Wellness certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
I love hiking with my dogs, tending to my garden, whipping up healthy twists on everyone’s beloved comfort foods, and listening to live music with my amazing friends and family.

With a diverse background in Sales, HR, Communications, Branding, and Marketing, I bring energy, enthusiasm, and a consultative approach to fostering collaboration and driving results. Whether it’s building teams that rally around a shared vision or inspiring others to deliver their best, I thrive on creating positive, action-oriented environments where people feel heard, included, and motivated to succeed.
I’m passionate about empowering people, especially women, unlock their potential and become their best selves. I thrive on helping them recognize the incredible abilities within themselves and guiding them towards a balanced and whole solution. By listening to their needs and understanding their starting point, I inspire action, spark enthusiasm, and foster a supportive, energetic environment that drives them to deliver their best.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me capturing life’s moments through my camera lens, perfecting my sourdough bread recipes, or embracing the outdoors—whether on the golf course or pursuing my latest passion, pickleball.

Helping women win is my passion. I’m the recipient of a Stevie Award for Women in Business for “Coach of the Year” and the author of “Get Gutsy.” After spending my early career as a public relations executive and conference producer elevating the message of the biggest brands, thought leaders, and companies in the world, I followed a nudge to sign up for yoga teacher training. This life-changing decision led me to discover my calling as a coach.
