    At SHATTR we have one goal - to support women on their path to executive leadership. Invitations to SHATTR are extended to leaders with people and/or project management experience who have demonstrated excellence and aspire to ascend to senir levels of leadership.

  • The SHATTR approach is different.

    We are not a training program or an online course. SHATTR is the only private membership network and immersive leadership experience for women aspiring to executive roles. Our 12-month cohorts are led by ICF credentialed and PPC certified Executive Coaches and are dedicated to enhancing women's leadership skills and confidence. The global SHATTR Network elevates the experience, offering a platform for connection and growth through events, learning circles, and knowledge sharing.

  • The SHATTR experience revolves around a learn, try, apply approach. Members are presented with numerous opportunities and monthly challenges to put their learning into action. Throughout the year, members are guided by their Executive Coach to build and refine essential executive power skills such as Effective Communication, Executive Presence, Building Strong Relationships, and Handling Complexity.
