As a co-founder, I bring experience and passion for making positive change. I’ve worn different hats, leading teams in sales, marketing, and human resources.  As EVP of Human Resources, I breathed new life into the global leadership development program, with a special focus on nurturing a strong pipeline of future female leaders. Helping women boost their leadership skills and expand their influence within organizations is something I’m truly passionate about. My career also includes several years at the helm of a global Sales & Marketing team and VP Sales at two additional global corporations. 

My mission reaches beyond the office – encouraging female leaders to find that sweet spot between work, family, and community. I’m a huge advocate for radical self-care—both in and out of the workplace and share tips for vibrant living through articles, books, and workshops. 

I have a degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and Executive Finance certifications from Dartmouth College and the University of Chicago. I pursued my lifelong passion for holistic well-being with an Integrative Health and Wellness certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. 

I love hiking with my dogs, tending to my garden, whipping up healthy twists on everyone’s beloved comfort foods, and listening to live music with my amazing friends and family.
