HRT SPK clients are high-capacity female leaders with 3+ years of people and/or project mgt. experience who desire to move into executive levels of leadership.

We are of the opinion that the richness of our community's diversity significantly enhances our ability to make a profound impact. HRT SPK is a 6-month experience consisting of 12, 90-minute sessions held twice a month.

We carefully curate each cohort to provide the best experience for each participant. Cohorts stay together the entire 6 months. Cohort members often choose to continue for an additional 6-month experience.
