HRT SPK clients are high-capacity female leaders with 3+ years of people and/or project mgt. experience who desire to move into executive levels of leadership.

We are of the opinion that the richness of our community's diversity significantly enhances our ability to make a profound impact. HRT SPK is a 6-month experience consisting of 12, 90-minute sessions held twice a month.

We carefully curate each cohort to provide the best experience for each participant. Cohorts stay together the entire 6 months. Cohort members often choose to continue for an additional 6-month experience.

Our approach to cohort curation is rooted in a deliberate consideration of both participant experience and potential conflicts of interest. We understand that the composition of a cohort can significantly impact the overall learning and collaborative experience. Therefore, our process involves a careful evaluation of the following aspects:

• Experience and Expertise: We assess the background, skills, and experience of each prospective cohort member. This evaluation helps us ensure a diverse and complementary mix of knowledge and skills within the cohort. • Conflicts of Interest: We are vigilant in identifying and mitigating conflicts of interest within the cohort. It is crucial that participants can engage openly and ethically without concerns about favoritism or biased decision-making. We actively screen for any potential conflicts related to the specific goals and objectives of the cohort.

• Diversity and Inclusion: We value diversity in all its forms and believe it enriches the learning experience. Our curation process takes into account factors such as race, gender, nationality, and other demographic attributes to ensure that cohorts are inclusive and representative of a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.

• Alignment with Cohort Goals: We align the composition of each cohort with the specific goals and objectives of the program. Whether it's a professional development program or a collaborative project, we strive to assemble cohorts whose members have a shared interest in achieving the program's intended outcomes.
